Sourpeach Collective

Welcome to Sour Peach Collective ~ a market and collective for artists by artists. Together, we; Meredith @cityinbloomceramics and Christina @christinakosinski, have been participating in markets for 10 years. We saw a need for a market in Atlanta with exciting pieces for buyers, a place for artists to grow their audience, and one that values transparency. As a collective, we are focused on gender + racial parity in craft practices + markets. To say the least, we wanted to come together to make space for vendors to set up and sell their work they've continued to make through all this year has thrown at us.

While a lot of fall and holiday markets are uncertain, we decided it was time to create an outdoor, distanced market where vendors felt comfortable to sell their work. Usually, this time of year is packed with weekend markets (and the money that goes along with that) for makers, and our Fall Market is here to provide support to makers and the amazing pieces they've created.

Join us for the first Sour Peach artist market on Saturday, October 17th from 11 AM - 6 PM. Focused on women-led small businesses in a variety of mediums, held outdoors in a safely socially distanced layout at MudFire Studios & Gallery.

Free to attend + masks are required at all times during the event. Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entrance of the event. Card only ~ no cash please.

East Atlanta Strut in Place

We’ll celebrate East Atlanta’s art, culture and quirkiness in a safer way, with two ways to play: socially distanced at a Village business or in your own front yard, where you make the Strut, and the Strut comes to you. Think Small Business Saturday meets Porchfest, with a twist.

Get all the details at EastAtlantaStrut.com, but here’s the short version:
Instead of closing roads and inviting 10,000 people to our little neighborhood, the Strut will facilitate activities throughout the business and residential districts.

Mask required for service, two people in the tent at a time. Order online and pick up in person! Keeping it clean, keeping it touchless, keeping it safe.
