SUMMER SOLSTICE '16

Today is special. Not only is it the Summer Solstice, but for the first time since 1967 the Solstice coincides with a full moon. Also, Gabeaux.net launched today. 

Let's get personal for a moment. I've always been very bashful about sharing my work. Whether it's my personal art, a commissioned illustration or even collaborative design, I hesitate to take ownership of my creative output. Why? I don't know, I'm maladjusted? Probably.

But anyone can only withstand so much self-loathing. I'm simply through with being shy. It's painful putting my introverted, super-emotional self out there, but not any more than wishing I had the courage to be "out" with my work. 

On this site you will find a collection of my Work (projects of all kinds,) News about what I've been up to and even a Shop where you can purchase some really cool, limited-edition, super-primo-Gabeaux for your very own. Also, come back soon, because I'm updating the design and content of this site through the next few weeks. Soon you will find my design work, process photos and updates to the Shop. Beware to those who fear change!

So, voila! Here I am. Gabeaux – so very long in the making and still so far to go. I hope you enjoy the work you find here and if you do please send me a line! Beyond self-indulgence, my purpose behind this site is to reach out to others as what I am – a maker of stories and pictures.
